In this photo I used the element LINE. I used emphasis with the blur creating the focal point at the top of the brushes. I also used the principle of symmetrical balance. My final principle I used is unity because all the paint brushes work together to form a line.
In this photo i used the element SHAPE. I used emphasis to the shadow because of how dark it is and how it contrasts the bench. I used asymmetrical balance by using the shadow to balance out the tone of the wood. The last principle I used was movement by having the grain of the wood apparent.
In this photo I used the element VALUE. I used emphasis on the lights by making them my focal point. I used Balance by having the lights in the middle of the photo and the ceiling on both sides of them. The last principle I used was movement by making the eye venture back from the first light to the last light.
In this photo I used the element FORM. I used emphasis on the stool in the front of the photo. I used balance by putting the other stools in the background. I also used movement in this photo by using the different angles in the photo to move the eye around it.
In this photo I used the element COLOR. I used emphasis on the colors in the photo by making the background very light and less emphasized. I used asymmetrical balance by having the color on the top of the pallet also. The last principle I used was variety by showing so many different colors.
In this photo I used the element SPACE. I used emphasis on the white of the snowflake. I used symmetrical balance by using the snowflake which has the same design on both sides. The last principle I used was pattern by taking the photo of the snowflake pattern along with the wall in the background.
In tis photo I used the element TEXTURE. I used emphasis on the bristles of the brush by using them as my focal point. I used balance by having the handle of the brush in the background to soften the image. The last principle I used was unity by having all the bristles add to the texture of the entire brush.
